Our five-week series invites expert guest speakers to cover topics such as sleep, maternal depletion and nutrition, infant feeding, baby first aid, pelvic floor care and starting solids.
Group sizes are a maximum of 12 mums and their babies to ensure plenty of time for discussion and chat.
Alongside the guest speakers the group is expertly facilitated by Aly as topics such as identity, resilience and caring for self are explored.

Aly brings a wealth of experience as a neonatal and paediatric registered nurse before moving into counselling space and work as a doula.
Aly is also a certified infant massage instructor and CPR/ First Aid trainer.

She combines all this wisdom to guide and facilitate the sessions, not to mention her own motherhood journey which deeply influences her work.

Each week we start by sharing a delicious and nutritious morning tea (dietary needs catered for) before relaxing with a guided meditation. We then hear from our guest speaker of the week and reflect on it together as a group. There is plenty of time for social chat and connection before we move on with their rest of the day.

Each participant also receives a take home goody bag (full series participants only), packed full of resources and little gifts to help you relax and recharge.
