Holistic advice and support for newborn health and wellbeing
Bodywork
A 60 minute body work session is a deeply nurturing offering, incorporating gentle rebozo techniques and traditional Mayan abdominal massage to support postpartum healing and realignment. Where appropriate, caesarean scar massage can also be included to encourage comfort, mobility, and reconnection with the body. These sessions honour your body after birth, creating space for rest, release, and gentle restoration.
Birth debriefing is available as an additional 60-minute add-on, offering a compassionate and supportive space to process and reflect on your birth experience.s is a sample text
