The below packages are a guide and can easily be altered to meet your specific needs. I aim to be flexible and approachable so please let me know how I can best support you and your family.

Additional hours can be purchased at $55 per hour

General services such as:

- Laundry
-Sheet changes
-Light housekeeping
- Meal and snack preparation
- Food shopping
- Time for parents to shower/sleep/take a break whilst the baby is cared for
- Sibling play and care
- Foot soaks and foot massage for mum

Counselling/ Coaching Services such as:

- Birth unpacking
- Support with changes in relationships and setting boundaries
- Resilience coaching
- Mum mentoring
- Connection and encouragement
- Scaffolding/mapping for the weeks and months to come
- Support returning to work
- Navigating repeat parenting
- Linking to local services and specialists as needed

Expert baby nurse:

- Support with feeding including basic lactation concerns (referral can be arranged for complex concerns requiring a lactation consultant)
- Transitioning to home post infant hospitalisation
- Mothercraft/support with basic baby care
- Holistic newborn wellness support/advice

In Home Baby Massage Workshop (75minutes, to be added to an existing visit)
